GWL Realty Advisors

GWL Realty Advisors develops properties and required a sales kit to showcase their assets. This included a corporate folder, promotional booklet and sell sheets. Creation of flow charts for illustrating the company’s apparatus, strategy and hierarchy in the creation and development of properties. Typographic styling and page structure was used to clarify the type of property – industrial, residential and office holdings. Also sections were created to differentiate in-development, under construction and completed properties.
